We care about our planet. For this reason, Knot-for-profit aims to always work sustainably and ethically.
Minimising waste
As Knot-For-Profit is a small business, I personally handcraft every product. Whilst doing so, I strive to reduce waste and make my products in a sustainable manner. No factories nor huge carbon emissions; just me and my paracord.
Compostable mailers
In order to reduce plastic waste in our world, one other initiative which I am doing is to ship products in compostable mailers. These mailers look and feel like plastic, but are actually 100% home-compostable, made from a combination of PBAT (a compostable co-polymer) and cornstarch. They also have two adhesive strips, so customers can reuse the mailer if they want!
